Pasos

1. Consultation

All cases start with a free consultation. Because every client has a different story, a consultation is necessary to find out what kind of immigration relief you’re eligible for.

2. Agreement

After the consultation, you’ll receive a Professional Services Agreement. It will list all the terms of your representation. Everything is laid out, including the total price for handling your case.

3. Meeting

We’ll meet via zoom so that I can develop a personalized list of documents needed for your application. This depends on a number of factors, including the type of application you’re filing, your family size, your relationship status, and the employment status and finances of your sponsor.

4. Homework

You’ll need to gather the documents I’ve requested and upload them to my secure client portal. You’ll also have to fill out a simple questionnaire that I will convert into your USCIS application form(s).

5. Review

I will review all documents you’ve uploaded to make sure they meet all government requirements. I will also review all application forms to make sure that they’ve been filled out completely and correctly.

6. Finalization

Once your application is complete, we will file it with USCIS. I only submit cases I know meet the threshold for approval. If your case is only with USCIS I will give you a letter detailing any further steps and warnings to follow while waiting for your interview or decision.

7. Interview Prep

If your case requires an interview, I will help prepare you or your relative so the interview will go smoothly. I’ve sat in on numerous USCIS interviews and conducted many U.S. visa interviews myself so I know what topics will be focused on and what questions will likely be asked.

8. Consular Processing

Once your case is approved at USCIS it will continue to the NVC and embassy or consulate. I will walk you through the process of submitting your application and documents to the NVC. Once you’ve gotten an interview notice from the consulate or embassy, I will make sure your documents are updated, your medical is done, and prepare you or your relative for their visa interview.

Vamos a usar una mezcla de teléfono, correo electrónico, conferencia de video, y un portal de cliente seguro para completar su caso. Puede usar su portal de cliente seguro con un ordenador o teléfono celular.
